Transition Day is an opportunity to learn more about the transition to university for students living with disabilities This free, hybrid event is for high school educators/guidance counsellors, and community partners who work with students with disabilities (as well as prospective students, families and supporters) looking to learn more about how accommodations are implemented in post-secondary education.
