Leadership by Design (LBD), is a high-quality leadership development program which targets promising Black and African-Canadian students. Students participate in a multi-year program which provides the resources, mentoring, encouragement and opportunities which amplify their talents and optimize their ambitions. In our program, both students and parents are part of a community of support and learning.

In partnership with the University of Toronto, we are offering a unique STEM enrichment opportunity for at least 40 Grade 10 students who are promising in STEM and who are willing to seize this opportunity to acquire deeper knowledge and eventually pursue related careers. The University of Toronto will create and deliver STEM-enrichment learning to this cohort throughout Grades 10, 11 and 12.
